ADC Backs Electronic Result Transmission for Transparent 2027 Elections

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) declared its full support for the electronic transmission of election results in preparation for the 2027 general election. The National Publicity Secretary of the party, Bolaji Abdullahi, emphasized the importance of transparency and safeguarding the integrity of the electoral process by mandating INEC to transmit results electronically.

Abdullahi highlighted the necessity of creating a legal framework to ensure accountability and prevent manipulation, ultimately aiming to restore public confidence in the electoral system. The ADC firmly stands behind the initiative to make electronic result transmission compulsory to guarantee fair and credible elections in Nigeria.
