ADC Confident of Defeating APC in 2027 Elections

Bolaji Abdullahi, serving as the National Publicity Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), stated that the party is prepared to defeat the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the upcoming 2027 general elections, provided that the elections are conducted fairly. During an interview on Symfoni TV, Abdullahi expressed confidence in the ADC's ability to win a free and fair election but raised concerns about the likelihood of electoral manipulation.

He emphasized the importance of being vigilant against potential election theft by the APC, stating, “We are ready for that. We are ready for anything.” Abdullahi assured that the ADC would take measures to protect their votes, indicating that they have strategies in place to counter any attempts at electoral fraud.

He concluded with a metaphor about the need for caution when dealing with adversaries, saying, “if you dine with the devil, you have to have a long spoon.”.
