Adeola Pledges Egbaland Development in Royal Visit

On Saturday, Solomon Adeola, the APC governorship candidate for Ogun State in the 2027 elections, visited Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, the paramount ruler of Egbaland, to pledge his commitment to the development of the region. During the visit to the palace in Kemta Odusolu Township, Abeokuta, Adeola promised to execute various infrastructure projects aimed at stimulating socio-economic development across Ogun Central Senatorial District.

He emphasized his long-standing ties to the area, noting his maternal roots and previous contributions to local projects, including roads, solar streetlights, water projects, scholarships, and health facilities. Adeola assured the people of Egbaland that his administration would be inclusive and would prioritize their needs.

He expressed gratitude for the support and royal blessings received from the monarch, which he deemed significant for his candidacy. Adeola's visit also included a civic reception in Kemta Township, where he reiterated his commitment to empowering women and youth in the community.
