Natasha Criticized for Endorsing Kogi Senate Candidate

Natasha, a senator representing Kogi Central, has been criticized by the Kogi East PDP Elder Council following her endorsement of Idri Hussein Kashim for the Kogi East Senate ticket. Ibrahim Dansofo, the spokesperson for the council, condemned her recent visit to Idah, labeling the endorsement as an unacceptable interference in the political affairs of the Igala people.

Dansofo emphasized that Natasha's actions are perceived as a dangerous game that could backfire, as they are seen not as a genuine support for the PDP but rather as a desperate attempt to build her political base. The council has demanded an immediate and unreserved apology from Natasha, warning that the Igala people will not tolerate further meddling in their internal affairs.

The statement highlighted that the current political landscape in Kogi East features two formidable aspirants, Idri Hussein Kashim and Muhammad Eleph, alongside Abdullahi Ankpa for the Ankpa federal constituency.
