Nigerian Presidential Amnesty Program Scholars Excel with First-Class Honors

The Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP) in Nigeria has seen 32 scholarship beneficiaries graduate with first-class honors in various courses at universities across the country, while 134 others achieved second-class upper division honors.
