Nigerian Court of Appeal Lists 360 Cases for Speedy Hearings in 50th Anniversary Session

Justice Dongban-Mensem emphasized the need for proactive measures to manage the heavy appellate burden, urging lawyers to ensure their cases are ready for hearings. The court's efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce delays were highlighted, with 48 justices from various divisions set to preside over the cases throughout the week in Lagos.
