APC Chairman Yilwatda Reaffirms 60/40 Formula in Kano

Professor Nentaw Yilwatda, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), reaffirmed the party's 60/40 leadership formula during a visit to Kano State. This formula is designed to ensure effective participation among stakeholders and to foster inclusiveness, particularly as the party expands to include new entrants.

Yilwatda expressed satisfaction with the massive turnout of party leaders at the meeting, which was described as a clear demonstration of unity and commitment among APC members in Kano. He commended the party's 2023 governorship candidate, Alhaji Yusuf Gawuna, and Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin for aligning with the governor's vision.

Yilwatda also acknowledged the contributions of the immediate past national chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, to the growth and cohesion of the APC in Kano.

Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf thanked the APC leadership for their support and reaffirmed the commitment to work closely with party stakeholders to ensure Kano remains united and prosperous.
