The launch of the HR Leadership Academy by CIPM aims to equip HR practitioners with the necessary skills to manage people in a constantly changing environment. Gobir emphasized the importance of upskilling, reskilling, and unlearning to ensure professionals remain competitive and adaptable in the dynamic job market.
