CIPSMN Inducts 255 New Members to Boost Procurement Professionalism

The Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management Nigeria (CIPSMN) has inducted 255 new members to enhance professionalism and accountability in procurement. The induction ceremony, held in Abuja, aimed to strengthen ethical practices in both the public and private sectors.

President of the Institute, Alhaji Sikiru Oladepo Balogun, emphasized the importance of upholding the ethical code of practice in procurement roles. The new members are expected to contribute significantly to solving real-world problems and driving positive change in society.

Upon admission, the inductees are tasked with maintaining the ethical responsibilities outlined in the Institute's establishment Act. This move is geared towards promoting excellence and integrity in the field of purchasing and supply management.
