Adamawa Police Intensify School Security Operations Amid Abductions

The Adamawa State Police Command has heightened security measures to protect students in schools after a series of abductions. CP Suleiman Nguroje disclosed the renewed focus on school security, with the Inspector General of Police directing the assessment of security architecture.

Governor Ahmadu Fintiri suspended the board of a school to assess and improve security. The police command is conducting regular supervisory visits and implementing proactive measures to enhance vigilance and early detection of security threats.
