Adamawa State Orders Closure of Boarding Schools Over Security Concerns

Adamawa State, Nigeria, has ordered the closure of boarding schools in response to escalating security concerns after the recent abduction of students in Niger and Kebbi states. The State Commissioner for Education and Human Development, Dr.

Umar Pella, directed the suspension of boarding activities and conversion to day schools. This decision aligns with similar actions taken by other states like Kwara, Plateau, Katsina, and Niger.
