Abdulrasheed Adebisi Celebrates Ikeja Golf Club Captain’s Day

Abdulrasheed Adebisi, the outgoing president of Ikeja Golf Club, hosted the 2026 Captain’s Day tournament on a Sunday, marking a significant event for club members. Adebisi expressed gratitude towards the executive committee for their support during his tenure, emphasizing the honor of serving the club.

The tournament, which began on March 16, provided members, guests, and staff the opportunity to compete for cash prizes. The event culminated in a dinner and prize presentation, where winners were recognized in various categories.

Notable winners included Ademola Abidogun, who secured the best nett score with a card of 65, and Amusa Kelani, who achieved the best gross score of 81. Wale Shittu won the guest men's category with a score of 71, while Jinglin Liao also scored 71 but was recognized through countback.

Adebisi concluded the event by wishing the incoming captain and team success in their future endeavors.
