Ogun State Governor Appoints Nine Permanent Secretaries to Strengthen Administration

Ogun State Governor Abiodun has approved the appointment of nine new Permanent Secretaries in the state's public service to enhance administrative stability and ensure effective policy implementation. The appointments, in line with constitutional provisions, aim to strengthen operational capacities across ministries and agencies.

The selection process involved drawing from a pool of successful directors who completed the state's leadership development program. Additionally, the Governor also approved appointments in the education sector, including two Principals General and four Head Teachers General, to fill vacant positions within the teaching service commission and state universal basic education board.
