ACA Foundation Awards N14 Million to Lagos Students

The ACA Foundation awarded N14 million in prizes to over 120 secondary school students across Lagos State during a closing ceremony for its 2026 Ethic Live Project. This initiative, organized in partnership with the African Capital Alliance Foundation and Enactu Nigeria, aims to nurture ethical leadership among secondary school students and empower them to become positive change-makers in their communities.

The essay competition involved 40 participating schools, with winners receiving cash prizes of N50,000, N30,000, and N20,000 for first, second, and third places, respectively. Additionally, the overall winners received scholarships of N5 million, N3 million, and N2 million.

Paul Kokoricha, Chairman of the African Capital Alliance Foundation, noted that this is the third year of the program, which has expanded significantly from ten schools in its first edition to 40 schools this year, engaging approximately 4,145 students. Michael Ajayi, Country Director of Enactu Nigeria, emphasized the importance of continuous engagement in ethical values for personal transformation.
