Access Bank PLC has appointed Ifeyinwa Osime as the Board Chairman, succeeding Paul Usoro who retired on January 29, 2026. Osime, a legal practitioner with expertise in corporate governance, has a distinguished career history serving on multiple boards and committees in the legal and insurance sectors.

She brings a wealth of experience from her roles at Ebudo Trust Limited, McPherson Legal Practitioners, and various insurance companies. Osime's professional journey began in Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation before transitioning to African Development Insurance Company and NSIA Insurance Company.

With a Master's in Commercial and Corporate Law from the London School of Economics, Osime is committed to professional development and best practices.
