Access Bank CEO Acquires £15m Mansion on London's Billionaire Row

Access Bank's CEO, Roosevelt Ogbonna, has acquired a £15 million luxury mansion on London's prestigious Bishops Avenue, also known as Billionaire's Row. The deal was finalized in August 2025, with Access Bank's UK subsidiary reportedly issuing a mortgage for the property.

Ogbonna's new residence features luxurious amenities like a swimming pool, spa, cinema, and landscaped garden. The mansion, originally listed in 2022, was purchased at a discounted price amidst a slowdown in London's luxury housing market.

Ogbonna, who became CEO of Access Bank in May 2022, has been with the bank since 2002 and is described as a consummate banking professional with a rich academic background.
