Access Holdings Plc Names Innocent Ike as New GMD/CEO, Bolstering Leadership Team

Access Holdings Plc has appointed Innocent Ike as the new Group Managing Director (GMD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective August 29, 2025. Ike, a seasoned banker and chartered accountant with three decades of experience in the financial services industry, succeeds Bolaji Agbede.

The appointment follows regulatory approval and is part of Access Holdings' strategic succession plan to strengthen its position as Africa's largest retail bank and expand internationally.
