Access Holdings PLC H1 2026 Results Filing Delayed Again

Access Holdings Plc has disclosed that NGX has granted the company a second extension to file its Interim Audited Financial Statements for the period ended 30 June 2026. The delay is tied to an ongoing regulatory approval process that the company says must be completed before the results can be published.
Access Holdings Plc notified the investing public on 2 October 2026 that the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) has granted the company a further extension to publish its Interim Audited Financial Statements for the period ended 30 June 2026.
This is the second extension granted by NGX. In an earlier announcement, NGX had approved an initial extension of the filing deadline to 30 September 2026, to allow the company sufficient time to complete a regulatory approval process. As that process remained incomplete by the September deadline, NGX approved an additional extension with no fixed new date specified.
Under the terms of the new extension, the company is required to publish the results promptly upon receiving the requisite regulatory approval. No specific date has been provided for when that approval is expected.
The filing was signed by Sunday Ekwochi, Company Secretary, on behalf of the Board of Access Holdings Plc. The company stated it will keep the market informed of any material developments relating to this matter.
