Actor Nosa Rex Calls out Ghanaian TV Stations, Drops Strong Words Over Illegal Airing of His Film

Nollywood actor Nosa Rex expressed anger towards Ghanaian TV stations for illegally airing his latest film, "Prince Peace." In a public rant on Instagram, Rex criticized the stations for disregarding intellectual property rights and disrespecting the efforts of filmmakers. He emphasized the hard work that goes into every production, involving actors, directors, writers, crew members, and producers.

Rex warned that piracy and unauthorized broadcasting not only rob everyone involved of financial returns and recognition but also discourage investors from supporting future projects. He called for the protection of creative work as a legal matter and survival strategy for the entertainment industry.

This incident follows similar complaints from other actors, including Bimbo Ademoye, about unauthorized use of their movies on Ghanaian channels. Ghana's Minister of Communication, Sam George, has promised to take action on the matter.
