Yemi Solade Reveals He Faked Disability for Payment

Veteran Nollywood actor Yemi Solade disclosed that he accepted payment to pretend to have a physical disability during a staged church miracle service. This incident occurred when he was still a student and not yet a well-known actor.

In an interview with Feel Right News TV, monitored by PUNCH Online on Wednesday, Solade recounted being recruited to act as a cripple for the service, stating, “I have been used for a miracle then, when I was not popular. I acted as a cripple, they paid, I used the money to drink, then I was a student.” He did not reveal the identities of those involved, citing that they are still alive and he prefers not to mention names.
