Adamawa APC Elects New Executive Committee via Consensus

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa State successfully elected a new state executive committee through a consensus process during a state congress. The congress was conducted by Ambassador Baba Gana Ajimi, who called for the dissolution of the former state executive council.

Major leaders, including Hon. Kate Raymond Mamunu and Hon.

Suleiman Ahm Gangkuba, supported this motion. The congress confirmed the election of Hamza Bello as the state chairman, Dr.

Raymond Chindama as vice chairman, and Mustapha Atiku Ribadu as secretary, among others. Governor Ahmadu Fintiri highlighted the importance of political integration and the need for sacrifices and compromises among stakeholders to build a stronger party structure.

He expressed confidence in the APC's ability to achieve victory in the 2027 elections. The event also marked the establishment of a grassroots mobilization structure called the "Adamawa Renew Hope 226 Movement" to cover all 226 wards in the state.
