Hask Raises Irregularities Concerns in Adamawa APC Primary

Abdulrahman Hask, an aspirant in the Adamawa APC governorship primary, expressed concerns regarding the conduct of the primary held on Friday, which resulted in the declaration of Ahm Galadima as the winner. Hask alleged that the process was marred by irregularities, including issues with the collection of votes and limited access to the collating procedures.

He emphasized the importance of a credible electoral process to maintain trust and unity within the party. Hask acknowledged the declared winner but stressed the need for transparency and inclusivity in the electoral process.

In response, Adamawa APC spokesman Victor Dogo dismissed Hask's claims as unfounded and an attempt to tarnish the party's image, asserting that the primary met democratic standards. Dogo encouraged Hask to seek redress through appropriate channels rather than making provocative statements to the media.
