PDP Adamawa Inaugurates Local Government Executives

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Adamawa State inaugurated local government executive committees across 21 local government areas, aiming to strengthen its grassroots structure following the recent defection of the entire party structure from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the PDP under Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri. The event took place in Yola, where Engr. Belmont Dogo, the interim committee chairman, congratulated the newly inaugurated executives, highlighting their appointments based on party confidence, integrity, and loyalty.

He charged them to adhere to their oath of office and to serve with dedication, transparency, and fairness. Hon. Inuwa Umar, the newly inaugurated caretaker committee chairman for Fufor local government, expressed gratitude for the party leadership's confidence and pledged loyalty and commitment to the party during critical times, emphasizing the need to revamp the party's leadership for success in the upcoming 2027 elections.
