Adamawa Prepares for President Tinubu's Official Visit

Adamawa State is set to host President Bola Tinubu for a one-day official visit on Monday, as confirmed by Commissioner Jame Iliya. The visit is seen as a significant development stride under Governor Ahmadu Fintiri's administration.

It will include the inauguration of various infrastructure projects, reflecting national recognition of Adamawa's commitment to enhancing citizens' living standards through strategic investments. Key projects slated for inauguration include a newly constructed underpass at the former Bekaji roundabout, an expansion of Bank Road in Yola, and a model school in Yola North Local Government Area, part of a total of 21 newly constructed model schools across the state.

Additionally, President Tinubu will perform the groundbreaking ceremony for a new NYSC permanent orientation camp in Malkohi and an ultra-modern high court complex. The Adamawa State Police Command has deployed personnel to ensure security during the visit, with strategies in place for crowd control and surveillance to ensure a hitch-free event.
