ADC Launches Nomination Forms for Upcoming Congresses

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has officially begun the sale of nomination forms for its upcoming congresses, inviting party members to express interest in contesting for various positions. The announcement was made by the party's national organizing secretary, Idigo.

The nomination forms are priced variably depending on the position: N2,000 for general interest, N10,000 for ward chairman, N5,000 for ward secretary, and N3,000 for ward offices. For local government positions, the costs are N40,000 for LGA chairman, N30,000 for LGA secretary, and N10,000 for LGA offices.

At the state level, forms are priced at N500,000 for state chairman, N300,000 for state secretary, and N50,000 for state offices. The national convention nomination fee is set at N10,000 per delegate.

The sale of forms will close on March 27, 2026, with no late submissions accepted. Screening is scheduled for March 30 and 31, 2026.

The congresses will be held from April 7 to April 14, 2026.
