ADC Chairman Critiques Registration Process in Anambra

Patrick Obianyo, the Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Anambra, expressed his frustration regarding the poor execution of the party's registration and revalidation process during an event on Saturday. He noted that only 22,000 individuals had registered, a stark contrast to the target of 120,000 members within three days.

Obianyo highlighted the slow pace of the registration portal, which hampered the number of registrations, as many people left registration centers disappointed. He mentioned that the process was challenging, with individuals resorting to providing personal data such as BVN details, and even attempting to register late at night when traffic would be less.

Despite the difficulties, he emphasized the need for the party to mobilize effectively against the ruling APC, which he accused of causing hardship in the country. Jaja Anthoni Ibiam, the national coordinator of the ADC Independent Campaign Council (AICC), urged members to work diligently towards a brighter future for Nigeria.
