ADC Faction Threatens Legal Action Over Party Misuse

The faction of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) led by Nafiu Bala Gomb has issued a warning to David Mark's faction regarding the unauthorized use of the party's bank accounts, logo, and name. In a statement signed by Gomb, the faction emphasized that they are the legitimate owners of the party and have instructed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to recognize their National Working Committee (NWC) led by Gomb.

They demanded that Mark's faction cease issuing statements or making public comments in the party's name. The Gomb faction has vowed to take necessary legal steps to protect their interests and will not hesitate to pursue legal remedies if the unauthorized actions continue.
