ADC Secures Venue for National Convention in Abuja

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has successfully secured a venue for its national convention, which will take place at the Rainbow Event Centre located in Garki, Abuja. This announcement was made on Monday, following concerns raised by party officials about difficulties in securing venues in the Federal Capital Territory.

Kola Ologbondiyan, an ADC chieftain, disclosed that the party faced challenges in obtaining approval for government-owned and private venues, including the Eagle Square and the Moshood Abiola National Stadium. Ologbondiyan indicated that the requests were declined due to fears of possible intimidation.

The venue for the convention is situated at Plot 1193A off Southern Parkway, behind the FCDA Agi Building, near the NTA Headquarters in Area 11.
