ADC Policy Committee Open to Non-Members, Says Party Spokesman

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) clarified through its party spokesman, Bolaji Abdullahi, that the party's policy manifesto committee is not restricted to ADC members or politicians. Abdullahi emphasized that the committee's composition is not limited to party members, with the aim of developing public policies beneficial to Nigerians.

This clarification followed social media queries from Yemi Adamolekun regarding committee inclusivity. Abdullahi noted that individuals recommended to serve on the committee were contacted for consent during the vetting process.

Despite not being a party member, Adamolekun was encouraged to join the committee based on her experience. The ADC aims to involve a diverse range of individuals in policy development, not solely politicians.
