ADC Aspirant Kingslei Obiukwu Pledges Constituency Empowerment

Kingslei Chibuik Obiukwu, an aspirant for the African Democratic Congress, expressed his interest in the nomination for the Nnewi North, Nnewi South, and Ekwusigo Federal Constituency seat in the 2027 general elections. At an event held over the weekend at three different venues, including St.

Michael's Catholic Church in Amakwa Ozubulu and the Meridian 59 Multi-Purpose Event Centre in Obiofia, Obiukwu pledged to liberate his constituency from backwardness and empower its members through education and skills development. He emphasized the importance of empowering women and youth, stating that when women are empowered, entire families and societies benefit, and that empowering youth can significantly reduce crime.

Obiukwu also addressed journalists, promising to work diligently for the constituency and ensure financial independence for women and youth, contributing meaningfully to societal growth and development.
