Ademola Lookman Completes €35m Atletico Madrid Switch from Atalanta

Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman has finalized a €35 million transfer from Atalanta to Atletico Madrid, following a series of negotiations that saw Fenerbahce as a potential destination. Lookman, who previously played for RB Leipzig and other clubs, left Bergamo for Madrid after undergoing a medical examination.

The 28-year-old London-born player did not feature in Atalanta's recent match against Como, signaling his imminent move to the Spanish capital. Lookman, who began his career at Charlton Athletic and later played for Everton, RB Leipzig, Fulham, and Leicester City, is expected to bolster Atletico Madrid's attacking options under the management of Diego Simeone in La Liga.
