Ademola Lookman Caught in Transfer Drama Between Atalanta and Fenerbahc

Nigerian international footballer Ademola Lookman is at the center of a transfer saga involving Italian club Atalanta and Turkish club Fenerbahc. Atalanta is pushing for a substantial transfer fee of €35 million plus additional add-ons for Lookman, despite Fenerbahc's interest.

Turkish transfer expert Yagiz Sabuncuoglu revealed the details of the negotiations, indicating that Atalanta is adamant about receiving the full payment without any down payment or bank guarantees. Lookman has reportedly agreed to personal terms with Fenerbahc, including a €9 million annual salary on a four-year deal.

Despite this, Lookman has been training separately from Atalanta's main squad, fueling speculation about his imminent departure. Transfer expert Nicolo Schira reported that Lookman is not in Atalanta's matchday squad, hinting at a potential move to Fenerbahc before the winter transfer window closes on February 6.

The transfer fee and installment payment terms are key points of contention in the negotiations between the clubs.
