AICFF Forms Global Partnerships to Boost African Filmmakers

The Africa International Christian Film Festival (AICFF) announced on Friday, a series of high-level global partnerships aimed at enhancing the international presence of African faith filmmakers. This initiative is part of a strategic alliance with the International Christian Visual Media (ICVM), which will allow AICFF's best feature films automatic entry into the best international film category at the ICVM Crown Awards.

The festival, scheduled for June 3-6, 2026, in Abuja, will showcase three top films at the Dallas, Texas media conference, providing special recognition and connecting African creatives with international distributors and investors. The AICFF will also implement a mentorship program led by acclaimed Christian actors Cameron Arnett and BJ Arnett to guide emerging filmmakers.

This partnership marks a pivotal moment for the African creative economy, aiming to position the continent as a serious contributor to global Christian cinema and to create sustainable pathways for faith-driven content.
