African First Ladies have endorsed a $150 million plan to empower women in the mining sector during a continental webinar. Led by the First Lady of Mauritania, Mariam Mint Dah, the initiative aims to enhance women's participation in Africa's mineral industry.

The Action Plan focuses on value addition, climate resilience, policy advocacy, and youth inclusion. Dr.
