Umo Eno Celebrates 62nd Birthday with Charitable Gifts

On Friday, during a special celebration for his 62nd birthday at Divine Children's Home in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State Governor Umo Eno announced significant gifts aimed at supporting the less privileged. He offered scholarships, automatic employment in the civil service, and housing for vulnerable individuals, including orphans.

Governor Eno emphasized the importance of renewing hope and encouraging the community to live in peace and unity. He expressed gratitude for the support from various dignitaries, including President Bola Tinubu and former Governor Udom Emmanuel.

The governor's wife, Helen Eno Obareki, highlighted the compassionate nature of his leadership, which prioritizes the welfare of vulnerable citizens. The initiative included the provision of starter packs for vocational training graduates and the establishment of a skill acquisition center.

Governor Eno reiterated his commitment to improving the welfare of orphans and the less privileged in Akwa Ibom State.
