Aisha Yesufu Appointed Deputy Chair of ADC Membership Revalidation Committee

Aisha Yesufu, a prominent activist, has been named the Deputy Chair of the ADC Membership Revalidation Committee by Senator David Mark, the National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC). The committee, consisting of 20 members, was inaugurated to oversee a critical membership revalidation exercise aimed at strengthening the party's internal cohesion, electoral competitiveness, and legitimacy.

Kashim Imam and Dr. Sekont Davi will serve as the committee chair and secretary, respectively. The revalidation process will involve the deployment of both electronic and manual platforms to ensure transparency and the collection of accurate membership data.

Chairman Kashim Imam emphasized the importance of inclusivity and pledged to rebuild the ADC as a people-driven political movement. The committee has 30 days to submit its report and will immediately commence registration efforts nationwide, targeting urban centers, rural communities, and other areas across Nigeria.
