APM's Ajadi Applauds Makinde at Ibadan Rally for 2027

Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for Oyo Central Senatorial District, commended the Boye Nation/JAF Movement Mega Concert held at the Lekan Salami Sports Complex in Ibadan. He noted the event's large turnout as a sign of increasing support for the APM ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Ajadi, who attended the concert with Governor Seyi Makinde and other APM senatorial candidates, emphasized the importance of grassroots engagement and the party's strengthening across Oyo State. The event also marked the formal reception of thousands of defectors from the All Progressives Congress (APC), led by Ajiboye Sangogade.

Governor Makinde expressed confidence in the APM's electoral prospects and criticized the APC's governorship candidate, Sharafadeen Alli, for his negative remarks about the state administration. Makinde reaffirmed his support for APM's governorship candidate, Bimbo Adekanmbi, and stated that the influx of APC members into the APM indicated a promising future for the party in the upcoming elections.
