Akpabio Praises Tinubu's Leadership at Ubeng's Funeral

During a funeral service for the late Essien Piu Ubeng in Akwa Ibom State, Godswill Akpabio, the Senate President, praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration for its transformative efforts in Nigeria since 2023. He expressed gratitude for the teamwork exhibited by the President, the National Assembly (NASS), and the Federal Executive Council (FEC) in achieving significant positive changes in the country's economy, security, and infrastructure development over the last three years.

Akpabio acknowledged the notable progress made under Tinubu's leadership and emphasized the importance of collective efforts in ensuring that Nigerians enjoy peace and the dividends of democracy without discrimination. He also paid tribute to the late Ubeng, describing him as a caring individual who loved his family and community.

The service was officiated by Rev. Dr. Etim Udo Ekong, who urged attendees to live meaningfully, as death is inevitable.
