Akwa Ibom State Governor Umo Eno has appointed Mr. Elsi Peter as the new Head of Service, replacing Mr. Effiong Essien. Additionally, two top aides, Mr. Joseph Ikpak and Mr. Felix Ekuri, were immediately dismissed.
