Akwa Ibom Govt Launches N100m Creative Fund for Youth Empowerment

The Akwa Ibom State Government, under Pastor Umo's leadership, unveiled a N100 million Creative Industry Fund to empower youth and boost the state's entertainment and film sector. The fund aims to support practitioners and position Akwa Ibom as a creative hub in Nigeria.

This initiative is part of the administration's efforts to create opportunities for young people and build a thriving economy around talent. Additionally, the government highlighted ongoing projects, including road construction, bridge development, and the acquisition of new aircraft for Ibom Air.
