Ryan Alebiosu Nominated for Blackburn Rovers Player Award

Ryan Alebiosu has been shortlisted for the Blackburn Rovers Player of the Season award following his impressive performances as a right-back under manager Michael O'Neill. The 24-year-old joined Blackburn from the Belgian Pro League outfit Kortrijk last summer as a relatively unknown player but quickly became a key figure in the team.

His consistent performances have not only earned him a nomination for the Player of the Season award but also a place in Nigeria's squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. Despite an injury limiting his appearances for the Super Eagles, Alebiosu has made significant contributions to Blackburn Rovers, finishing third in the league.

He is nominated alongside Balaz Toth, Sean McLoughlin, Lewi Miller, Eiran Cashin, Sondre Tronstad, Ryoya Morishita, Andri Gudjohnsen, and Yuki Ohashi for the award.
