Alert Group Targets N130bn Loan Disbursement and Branch Expansion in Nigeria by 2026

Alert Group, led by Olanrewaju Kazeem, aims to disburse N130 billion in loans by 2026 and expand its financial services for MSMEs in Nigeria. Since its establishment in 2013, the company has grown to include subsidiaries like Auto Buck Lender, Alert Microfin Bank, and Green Buck Limited.

With a total asset increase from N2.9 billion in 2023 to N63 billion by the end of 2025, Alert Group plans to open more branches nationwide and enhance its credit assessment and risk management framework. Additionally, the launch of the Goldbuck Invest app in February 2026 will provide customers access to money and capital markets seamlessly.
