ALGON Chair Calls for Suspension of Ado Doguwa

Hajiya S.A. Adatu, the chairperson of Tudun Wada Local Government Area, has publicly called for the suspension of Alhassan Ado Doguwa, a political figure, following the death of a young resident, Buhari Mai Fulawa, during a rice distribution exercise organized by community members.

In a statement issued on Friday, Adatu urged the federal government and the Kano State government to intervene urgently in the matter to ensure justice and protect the lives and dignity of residents. She expressed that the community is in deep mourning over the incident, which she described as a significant loss for the family and the entire community.

Adatu emphasized the need for a thorough investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the death and insisted that necessary actions must be taken. She called for Doguwa to suspend his political engagements until the investigation is concluded, asserting that the people of Tudun Wada deserve peace, security, and respect for human life.
