ALIWA Promotes Values-Driven Leadership in West Africa Through National Dialogue Forum

ALIWA, a leadership development organization, led by Funmi Ogundar, is driving a transformative leadership initiative in West Africa. The organization recently launched a national leadership dialogue forum in Lagos, Nigeria, emphasizing the importance of values-driven leadership to tackle complex societal issues.

Soji Apampa, President of ALIWA Nigeria Chapter, highlighted the significance of dialogue and principled leadership in addressing Africa's challenges. ALIWA, founded 20 years ago, collaborates with organizations like the Aspen Institute and Databank Foundation in Ghana, focusing on creating a just, equitable, and sustainable society.

Ayo Maji, Executive Director of ALIWA, stressed the fellowship's role in shaping ethical leaders committed to societal impact and institutional improvement. ALIWA connects over 4,000 leaders globally, fostering a community of high-integrity entrepreneurs across sectors in West Africa and beyond.
