Aliyu Commiserates With Kebbi Governor Over Emir Of Zuru’s Death

Sokoto State Governor Ahmed Aliyu expressed condolences to Kebbi State Governor over the passing of Emir of Zuru, Major General Sani Sami II (Rtd). Governor Aliyu described the late Emir as a pious, humble, and honest leader who dedicated his life to serving humanity.

He noted the significant contributions the late monarch made to the political development of Nigeria and expressed that he would be greatly missed. Governor Aliyu prayed for the late Emir's soul to rest in peace and for his family to find comfort and strength.

Kebbi State Governor Nasiru Idris thanked Governor Aliyu for his visit and praised the relationship between the two states. The visit was also attended by APC leader Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko and Minister of Labour and Employment Muhammad Mai Garin Dingyadi.
