Nnamdi Kanu Seeks Appeal Court Intervention to Halt Terrorism Judgment

Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has filed a motion at the Court of Appeal in Abuja to stop the Federal High Court's judgment on alleged terrorism charges. Kanu argues that the lower court erred in dismissing his no-case submission and upholding the charges.

The appeal aims to prevent the delivery of the judgment scheduled for November 20. Kanu contends that the court's refusal to address jurisdictional issues and evaluate evidence violates his rights to a fair trial.
