Nnamdi Kanu Seeks to Halt Terrorism Case Judgment in Abuja Court

Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has filed a fresh motion in the Federal High Court in Abuja seeking to stop the judgment in the terrorism case brought against him by the Nigerian government. Kanu's motion challenges the trial process, alleging violations of the law and lack of jurisdiction, particularly regarding events alleged to have occurred outside Nigeria, specifically in Kenya.

Kanu claims the entire trial process is unconstitutional and urges the court to set aside the proceedings. The presiding judge, Justice James Omotosho, is set to hear the motion on November 20, the same date scheduled for the judgment.
