‘Amaechi Won’t Get ADC Ticket But Any Opposition Candidate Can Defeat Tinubu In 2027′ – Opara

During an interview on Arise Television News Day program, Opara stated that while Rotimi Amaechi may not secure the ADC presidential ticket, any opposition candidate could defeat Bola Tinubu in the 2027 election due to the prevailing hardship in the country. Opara criticized Amaechi's claim that he could easily beat Tinubu, citing dissatisfaction among Nigerians with the current administration.

He attributed Tinubu's alleged unpopularity to unnecessary spending and mishandling of the Nnamdi Kanu case, which has worsened the economic conditions in the country. Opara also mentioned that Amaechi already belongs to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar's camp, dismissing his chances of securing the ADC ticket.
