AMNI Launches Drilling Campaign to Boost Nigeria's Oil Output

AMNI International Petroleum Development Company has commenced a drilling campaign at the Okoro Field, marking a significant milestone in its operations. This initiative is designed to optimize product performance and enhance reservoir management, with a target to increase peak production to 12,000 barrels per day.

The campaign is part of AMNI's broader five-year strategic development plan, which prioritizes product optimization across established fields and aims to expand gas commercialization initiatives beyond Okoro. The company, established in 1993, has a strong track record in offshore operations and is committed to investing $2.5 billion across oil and gas projects, expecting to peak production to exceed 150,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
