Amstel Malta Empowers Abia Women with Business Grants

On August 28, Amstel Malta supported women in Abia State by awarding business grants and distributing beauty gift packs during the annual August Meeting at the New Government House in Umuahia. This tradition allows women to reconnect with their communities and discuss communal issues.

Five women received business grants to foster their entrepreneurial growth. The event was attended by Abia State Governor Dr. Alex Otti, First Lady Mrs. Priscilla Otti, and Commissioner for Women Affairs Dr. Maureen Aghukwa, who also presented grants.

Amstel Malta collaborated with Zaron Cosmetics to provide beauty packs, continuing a partnership from the previous year. Senior Brand Manager Francis Obiajulu expressed pride in celebrating women beyond their daily responsibilities, while Zaron Cosmetics' Senior Manager Aderinsola Adetunji emphasized the importance of women prioritizing themselves.

Amstel Malta had previously recognized women at the August Meeting in Enugu State, showcasing its commitment to supporting women across the South East.
